Real estate auction
Since 2010, auctioneer Albert Keddeman has been the permanent auctioneer of the Real Estate Auctions in Gelderland. Initially as a resident auctioneer in Nijmegen, but following the centralization of real estate auctions in Gelderland, Keddeman was asked to conduct the auctions as an experienced resident auctioneer.
Forced sale
If homeowners or owners of real estate properties are no longer able to meet their financial obligations, the bank may decide to seize the property to proceed with a foreclosure sale. The Regio Oost Real Estate Auction is organized monthly in Gelderland, featuring an auction that first takes place by bidding and then immediately by reverse auction. To participate in the Real Estate Auction, you must possess a valid proof of identity and a statement of goodwill from your bank. You can also register with a notary in advance to be able to bid at the auction.
Location
The Real Estate Auctions of Region East are organized in one of the halls of Hotel and Sports Center Papendal. A unique location accommodating approximately 300 potential buyers, with all facilities at our disposal.
